Will I still hear my alarm?
Not if it's sound-based — which is the point. The Band's silent vibration wakes you on the wrist, not the ear, so these don't interfere with waking up.
What about my smoke alarm or baby monitor?
These reduce sound by ~25 dB — they quiet the world but don't fully seal it. A smoke alarm or crying baby will still cut through. Normal traffic and snoring will not.
How many pairs are in a pack?
Two pairs (four plugs total) plus one storage case.
How do I clean them?
Warm water and mild soap once a week. Air dry. Replace pairs every 3–6 months for hygiene.
